Tendências emergentes no bem-estar do consumidor: uma análise bibliométrica

Resumo
Ao longo dos anos, numerosos investigadores têm tentado aprofundar o conceito de bem-estar do consumidor. No entanto, tem havido uma falta de investigação bibliométrica que ordene e identifique de forma abrangente este campo de estudo. Assim, o objetivo desta investigação é analisar criticamente os estudos relevantes que abordam o conceito de bem-estar do cliente, a fim de fornecer uma visão abrangente das práticas e abordagens relacionadas com este conceito, com o objetivo de melhorar a compreensão das futuras necessidades e temas de investigação através de uma análise bibliométrica sistemática. Para o efeito, foram recolhidos e processados 410 artigos publicados entre 2000 e 2023, utilizando o software VOSviewer. Os resultados revelam um aumento significativo do número de publicações e a existência de cinco clusters que representam correntes de investigação, nomeadamente: experiência transformadora, satisfação do cliente, bem-estar subjetivo do cliente, psicologia da satisfação e bem-estar motivacional. A fragmentação da literatura é discutida com base em variáveis específicas dos processos mentais do cliente, como a motivação, as emoções e a experiência.
