Abstract
The heads of State and Government of the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean, meeting at the Summit of the Unit constituted by the XXI Summit of the Rio Group and the II Summit of Latin America and the Caribbean on Integration and Development (CALC), in the Riviera Maya, Mexico, on February 23, 2010.
