La reforma de los Servicios de Inteligencia en Europa Oriental
Abstract
El presente trabajo analiza la reforma de los servicios de inteligencia de los países del llamado “socialismo real” que existieron en Europa oriental y suroriental desde el término de la Segunda Guerra Mundial hasta fines de los años ochenta, cuando el bloque encabezado por la Unión Soviética colapsó. Las nuevas democracias establecidas en esa región lograron consolidar reformas en sus sistemas de seguridad y defensa, así como en las agencias de inteligencia. Esto ocurrió disolviendo las que provenían del período socialista, o transformándolas en nuevas organizaciones especializadas en inteligencia interna, externa y contrainteligencia, tanto en el área civilcomo en la esfera militar.
